Roadtrip 2022 Spring: Seaside - Bend - Boise - Park City - Grand Junction - Park City - Boise - Richland

Day 13 - Culver, Cove Palisades

Wonder how much longer this little one is going to last?

This storm literally sweeps over the mountain tops.

Once again, Russ is out standing in his field.

Suddenly this character appears - seemingly out of nowhere. We believe we have encountered a marmot - who poses for quite some time before scurrying down the crack directly below.

Yeah, this is all mine - and I don't feel a need to share!

When clouds clash.

One minute it's hard sunshine...

And the next... hail???

The only picture of the confluence of the Deschutes and Crooked Rivers before the hail wipes out everything.

It's a gecko greeting at the Cove Palisades State Park.

A riverside trail feels like yet another zen garden. Excepting the grinning little face that is indeed just part of a trimmed off branch.

Wendy and Ella in another Zen garden.

None shall pass.

The Ol' Wise Tree.

That narrow bridge features a crazy tight turn at both ends that people try to get their giant horse trailers around. We've been wondering what happens when two horse trailers meet.

Culver receives a late-day blessing.
